Q and A

If I pay today, when do I get my pendant?
We strive to have a selection of pendants finished and ready, especially the pink colored boots. Once you purchase, it will be ready for pickup at your chosen venue, within one or two weeks, depending on order volume at the time of purchase. The sooner you place your order, the sooner your pendant will be ready. 

**We try our best to have your order ready as soon as possible. Please be aware that the holidays are a busy time with orders, and we cannot guarantee a delivery before Christmas this late in the season.

Is there an option to ship the pendant?
Yes. We can ship your pendant anywhere in the continental USA when you follow the purchase process. Please be aware that we currently do not ship internationally. 

What are my payment options?
For Cash, Venmo, or Zelle, please see Lisa or a crew member for payment. If you purchase directly from the website, you can pay with most major credit cards (Stripe CC Service) or PayPal. 

What is your return policy?
If you aren’t delighted with your order, there is a 10-day exchange or return period for eligible items. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same original condition you received it in, unworn and unused. Please see a crew LDL member or refer to the Return Policy page on our website for additional information.
